nvironment planning is a design firm which specialises in architecture and interior design consultancy services.Our team is headed by myself Binesh Balagopalan - B.Arch.
I am born and brought up in Mumbai, settled in Kochi, India. I completed my architecture from 'sir jj college of architecture ' year 1996. Nvironment planning was started by me from my residence in Kochi, Kerala in the year 2005 and we shifted to our own independent office building in the year 2012.
Our projects include residences and commercial projects ranging from high end residences, resorts, restaurants, offices, automobile showroom cum service centres and even a hospital.
Our motto has been to try and keep all that we do, minimum and simple. We try and minimize our projects as well, in order for our small but effective team to manage them. Having said that our projects have grown in size every year, reinforcing our belief in ourselves and our ability to satisfy all our clients.
We believe in approaching every project from a common-man's point of view. The clients perspective becomes our vision of the project. We try and see the project form his point of view, for which we spend a lot of time interacting with the client and understanding his sensibilities and requirements. For us it is important that the project is appreciated by most, but most of all it is the client's relation to the project after its completion that we value the most.
"A completed project has to fulfil the aspirations of its user in all respects"- this has been our guiding principle.
