Architecture design scope
Architectural design essentially involves designing of the building , sanction drawings, structure design , service design and finally a well-coordinated working drawing for the contractor to start work. General BOQ and building estimates also form part of the scope of work. The work progresses in stages as given below.
A. Conceptual Development Stage
Stage- I:-
Preparation of conceptual design for the building block.
Stage- II:-
Finalizing of floor plans after receiving comments/ suggestions from client.
Macro site planning and master plan including landscape.
Building massing study.
Vehicle access and parking schematic planning.
Various perspective view paid by client.
Landscape concept plan.
Finalizing of floor plans after receiving comments/ suggestions from client.

On approval of the above concept presentation, the concept design stage shall be deemed completed. All necessary revisions, improvisations and adjustments if minor only shall be incorporated in the Design Development Stage.
B. Design Development Stage - Working Drawings
Stage- III:-
Preparing basic drawings for submission to be given to liaison Engineer (if required for the project) for approvals from the Local authorities (liasoning shall not be in Architect's scope of work).
Coordination with local authorities for compliance.
Development of plans at 1:100 scale with coordination of Structural inputs, and Electrical and plumbing requirements.
All plans, elevations and profile wall sections.
Preparing of detailed working drawings along with enlarged details, etc. incorporating all the details of structural, electrical, plumbing and drainage design complete in all respect and releasing for construction
Designing of External compound wall, gate etc.
Provide detailed design drawings of the above based on the approved schematic design at a minimum scale of 1:100 to contractors for execution.
C. Design execution - Site supervision
Stage- IV:
Our architects or supervisors also conduct periodical site visits to ensure quality of work at site. All site visits during execution of work or otherwise shall be done only at client's request.
Site supervision includes:
Regular site visits to ensure the work on site is being carried out as per architects drawings and instructions.
Issuing of miscellaneous details to site as per requirement of the contractor.
Revising of certain details if required and reissuing it to the contractors for execution.
Interior design scope
Interior design essentially involves designing of the interior with possible changes to the architecture if required, service design and interior detailing and working drawing for the contractor to start work. General BOQ and building estimates also form part of the scope of work. The work progresses in stages as given below.
A. Conceptual Development Stage
Stage- I:-
Preparation of conceptual design sketches expressing the interior design scheme through the following.
Furniture layouts- Built furniture's and readymade furniture.
Walling layouts and their realignment depicting final internal usage.
General agreement on interior design concept.
Basic cost analysis of the project for budgetary purpose.
On approval of the above concept presentation, the concept design shall be proceeded for final designing.
Stage- II:-

We undertake project management services on client request for projects which are designed by our office. Project management consultancy in our scope gives us more freedom to control the course of execution , commit desired quality and cost of the project. Project Management Service in brief
In order to ensure that the project is finished as per the design, estimated cost and schedule, all of which shall have the necessary agreement of the client, we are willing to assume the responsibility of project management on the client's behalf, for which our scope of work for the project management shall comprise of the following.
Identifying contractors who can execute the various aspects of the project with superior finish and intended budget and time. Getting quotes from them and awarding the work to the deserving contractor with the approval of the client.
Scheduling the project and getting the approval of the client and contractor for the same.
Supervising day to day activities at site, conducting regular meetings with the concerned agencies, and providing all necessary clearance for proceeding the work without hindrance, keeping the client informed of all the necessary developments at site.
Verifying measurements and bills submitted by the agencies for finished works and informing the client about the payments to be made to these agencies based on the merit of their work, as and when required.
We shall be accountable for monitoring the finish and design of the executed work as per the design and finishes agreed upon.
